Privacy Policy
Ready SF values the privacy of its clients. Any information taken for course registration or consulting projects will not be sold or distributed in any form to outside parties. Ready SF reserves the right to use content (photos, videos, testimonials) for marketing purposes.
What personal data we collect and why we collect it
When you place an order with our site or register with our site, we collect minimal information to process your order including your name, phone number, billing addresses. We do not share your information with third parties except where required by law.
Cookies
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.
Embedded content from other websites
Pages on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.
Analytics
We track site visitors using Google Analytics (with anonymous data).
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see and edit their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes. Please contact us with an erasure request.
Purchases
You warrant that you are at least 18-years-old when you place an order.
All orders are processed in US Dollars.
During the checkout process, there is a checkbox labeled “I accept the following terms and conditions” By checking this checkbox you are accepting the terms and conditions and are authorizing Ready SF to charge the credit card supplied during the checkout process. We will email or call you to confirm your order. A copy of your receipt will be emailed to you. If you do not receive a receipt within 48 hours of placing your order, please call or email us immediately.
Cancellation Policy
Tuition may be refunded in full up until 30 days prior to course start, minus a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations less than 30 days prior to the course start are dependent on whether or not your spot can be filled from the waitlist. If we are able to fill your spot, full tuition minus the $50 administrative fee will be refunded. There are no refunds for illness. Consider purchasing tuition protection coverage (see below):

NOLS works with MDM Group to provide optional Tuition Protection and Travel Insurance coverage for our students. Please visit the dedicated webpage to learn more about available options and costs. Plans are provided by Aon Affinity. To reach a Plan Administrator, email or call 800-797-2297.

Ready SF shall under no circumstances be liable or responsible for any loss or damages whatsoever occurring from the use of or inability to access this site, contents, or any linked website of a third party. Use of this site is subject to all terms and conditions set forth in this site, as well as all applicable federal, state and local laws. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ready SF from and against any and all claims, demands damages, losses, or costs of any kind that may arise.
This Web site may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. Ready SF therefore reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions (including after an order has been submitted) and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. Please note that such errors, inaccuracies or omissions may relate to pricing and availability, and we reserve the right to cancel or refuse to accept any order placed based on incorrect pricing or availability information. We may share information with governmental agencies or other companies assisting us in fraud prevention. We may do so when: a) permitted and required by law; b) trying to protect against or prevent potential fraud or unauthorized transaction; c) investigation fraud which has already taken place.
