What We Do
Ready SF offers a variety of courses and consulting geared toward a wide range of audiences including individuals, schools, outdoor groups, businesses, as well as outdoor and medical professionals. All of our services are focused on emergency preparedness either in urban or remote settings.
Remote Settings
Description
Classes for outdoor professionals and enthusiasts alike. Whether deep in the back country or merely on a Forest Service Road out of cell phone range, knowing what to do when 911 is not available makes all the difference when operating in remote settings. Ready SF offers a number of WFA and WFR certification courses.
Urban Settings
Description
Disaster strikes without warning and can often change the first responder landscape preventing help from arriving. Ready SF offers a variety of first aid training solutions for urban settings, including CPR certification, Epinephrine training and basic first aid.
Risk Management
Ready SF?s Risk Management arm offers consulting to schools and clubs in need of input on their outdoor programs. Risk management consulting offers these groups assessment and review to determine proper safety protocols. Our consulting offers a unique combination of review including marketing and training documentation, communications, and observation. Final deliverables for outdoor risk management consulting include a report of recommendations and improvements.
Emergency Preparedness
Ready SF works with schools, businesses, and other non-profits to evaluate, revise or create plans for emergency processes and drills. Emergency preparedness training helps institutions identify and correct gaps in emergency plans. Training consists of reviewing, revising, creating and/or testing emergency plans.
